Flora Fountain

Flora Fountain is a memorial in Mumbai depicting Flore, the Roman goddess of flowers and the season of spring. The structure is situated on the busy Fort business district in South Mumbai. The Flora Fountain was built in 1864 by the Agri–Horticultural Society of Western India all through the time of Governor of Mumbai, Sir Bartle Frère. It was initially named after him, but later renamed to the current name.

Flora Fountain is constructed of Portland stone coated with white oil paint. It is one of the must see visitor attractions in this part of Mumbai.
